problem with wild animals is they can be "domesticated" but not "tamed." I know of pepo who domesticate hyena, which can be affectionate, but one day it decides it's not a pet and will bite an arm off, no way to predict this
terrible message for children, most animals are very dangerous. Bears will mostly leave you alone until they decide to kill you in horrible way by eating you alive (see Grizzly Man). Even male goose/gander can take kid's eye out
